The process

The process of recruitment begins with the Nurse signing the Recruitment Agreement through Chemmanur Academy. CGFNS & IELTS training programme prepare the Nurse for appearing for the CGFNS & IELTS examinations. After clearing the CGFNS examination, a videotape interview of the candidate is taken and sent to the Recruitment Partner in the US for submission to potential Employer Hospitals. Selected candidates will be issued Offer Letters directly by the concerned Hospital to the Nurse. In the meantime, the candidate needs to appear for and pass the IELTS examination. On passing CGFNS and IELTS examinations and accepting the Offer Letter sent by the concerned Hospital in the US, the Visa processing takes place. Once the Green Card is obtained, the Nurse migrates to the US. After reaching the US, the Nurse will need to appear for and pass the NCLEX-RN examination within the stipulated time. The exact time frame between the Nurse signing the Recruitment Agreement through Chemmanur and her reaching the United States will depend on the laws of the particular State in which the employer Hospital is situated in the US and where in the process the Nurse is at the time of signing the Agreement.

Migrating to the US is virtually free for a Nurse who signs up through Chemmanur Academy. Successful candidates will have their CGFNS and IELTS examination application fees refunded by the Company. In addition, visa fees, air fare, accommodation for about two months after reaching the US, NCLEX-RN application fee, etc. are also borne by the Company. Other than the CGFNS & IELTS training (includes crash programme) fees, no other payments will be required to be made by the Nurse either in India or after reaching the US. The expenses related to recruitment are reimbursed by the concerned Hospital to the Recruiting Company. What’s more, on reaching the US, if the Nurse requires financial assistance to meet her immediate needs, the Recruiting Company even offers loans on reasonable terms.
