CGFNS Training
Chemmanur academy’s CGFNS training programme consists of a 35-day intensive coaching followed by a one-month crash programme prior to the CGFNS examination. Eligibility

Qualified GNM (General Nursing with Midwifery) and B.Sc. Nurses are eligible to register for CGFNS. In all cases, adequate working knowledge of English would be essential.

Training Schedule

Classes are normally held between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. However, the candidates have the option to use all the facilities at the Centre even outside class hours. Classes are held using modern audio-visual equipments. Regular tests and practical sessions and group interactions add to the effectiveness of the training programme.

Training Fee

The basic fee for CGFNS training is Rs.5,000/- However, a candidate who has already undergone the CGFNS training programme at Chemmanur Academy may join any number of subsequent batches for a special fee of Rs.500/- per batch. In all cases of payment of fees, applicable taxes will be extra.

CGFNS Crash Programme

A 30-day CGFNS crash programme is organised at Kottayam and Ernakulam prior to the CGFNS examinations for the benefit of the candidates. While it is mandatory for the candidates who have signed the Recruitment Agreement through Chemmanur to attend the Crash Programme, it is optional for those who have not signed it. For the candidates who have signed the Recruitment Agreement through Chemmanur, the fee will be Rs.500/-, while others will be required to pay Rs.1500/- for attending the crash programme. Applicable taxes will be extra in both the cases.
